Perhaps Frank thought Tete was there for the taking. Very inactive, a bad knockout in his last meaningful fight and going up a division.
Will be a tougher sell now bringing Cunningham back to defend his European. I can’t see Frank putting Liam Davies in with Tete either.
Frank was saying the winner would go on and fight for a world title. Not sure how that happens.

The Yarde/Arthur rematch was contracted I think. Not sure why considering it wasn’t for a big title.
