I don't get why anyone thinks Benn has to be fighting Bud or The Truth next !? :maybe:

He's making money and learning on the job.
He'll be matched softish for 3 more fights at least and won't make a run at world level until Spence/Craw have gone.
Even then he might not ever make it..

You both know what I mean.
Benn is 21-0 novice who would be short odds to get annihilated by the EBU champ. I'm enjoying the ride, but it's gonna be slow....

he's been destroying the opposition for a whole now, when was the last time he lost a round or been given a good test? of course he should be stepped up and fighting better opposition and people are right to call for it. at the very least mix it up, he has been fighting a very similar type of opponent over and over

no one is saying he needs to fight the p4p 1 or 2 now

Yeah he does need to step up, but Mikey surely woulda been a big step up.

You're great at this (ya should be a matchmaker), plot his next five fights to get him ready for the big time...

Not sure mikey would have had the desire. The way he was raising his arms after every round of being outboxed by spence was cringe. Getting outboxed by sandor Martin and accepting it was poor too

Apparently Benn has signed for a “big fight”.

Bet it’s Mikey G or Sandor.

Is'nt Josh Taylor going up to 147 ,, Stick them in with each other call it the Redemption fight , battle of the futures , I actually think it would be interesting , Benn has the size , Josh probably more skill ,, but , its just dreaming ,, would be the only Benn fight i would of paid for to make sure a stream did'nt go down ,,

I actually usually like streaming Benns fights or watching them on u tube sort of gives me the feeling that i'm sticking it up the conman who's sticking it up everyone else

Back to Thurman. Source? Me, a week ago

I’ll believe it when I see it. Thurman headlined a PBC PPV last time out. I’d be surprised if Eddie stumps up the money needed to get him over given how much PBC would want to keep him on their networks.
