Big round for Madrimov, as soon as Soro let off the jab he got caught badly with the looping right hand half a dozen times.

Damn I was sat here thinking Soro might just be looking to get through the first half and then start to bring it.

I read something saying she’s sold 800 or so tickets, hence her being so far up the card.
Definitely had the crowd stirred up, I was surprised. Usually punters go refresh the beers and take a slash during the women's fights don't they?
Yep - if I was there then this would certainly be the take a piss fight. Normally you’d be queuing for the loos but no chance here. You could probably take a leak and get a beer inside of a round break.

The white towel she was using showed a lot of blood and it was right above the eye unfortunately.

Abysmal card.

Are we gonna have to wait for Chisora now?

It’s only half 9,.

Cash’s fight pulled obviously.

Didn’t notice tbh. Was too busy checking her out! Best thing about the night.

I hate seeing cuts being wiped with towels. They’re not the smoothest of things.

Remember Vitali’s corner dragging a towel down that cut vs Lewis. Ouch.

The doctor didn’t seem that experienced. Asking how long was left - not sure what that has to do with it. The cut seemed to be to the side of the eye so the blood may not fully drip into the eye. It was a gusher but didn’t look that thick either.

Yeah - it shouldn’t matter. He’s either good enough to continue or he isn’t. We’ve seen fighters with far worse cuts continue. I got the impression Soro’s corner were happy to stop the fight.

Can you blame them? Picks up a wage and gets another off the back of it.
Corner shouldn’t be allowed near the doctor when cut.
Doctor and referee should decide.
If doc/ref thinks it’s okay and the fighter doesn’t want to continue then it’s a loss.

Fully agree. It should be an independent decision without the doctor being influenced by anyone.

Lara’s corner pretty much stopped the Warrington fight before Steve Gray even looked at the cut.

It shows that she wasn’t paying attention, how could she not know that the round had just started?!
