From the information we have, Naz is wrong IMO.

If he gifted his parents that money, it was there's. The 'investment' line doesn't wash and won't wash in an Islamic court IMO.

His mum and dad could have willed Naz up to a third of it, though they probably didn't in order to be fair to the others. The wealth should be split according to Islamic law with the lads getting even shares twice the size of the sisters.

Is he selling his mam's house without her consent? Surely there's a law against that sort of thing. Sounds like he's robbing the poor mare.
Thats what makes it even worse , she told him sell my house if you want but , promise me you will pay your house of and buy nice things don't gamble it ,,, don't think she relized she was going to be in a small room , no toilet with another woman who can't talk or communicate , just sits looking out the window drooling spittle . ,

Its terribel just gets worse , ,, his wife came around yesterday and she was telling my wife , that the poor old woman only been there a week and is in whats called respite , she has to do 3 months in that and then gets her own room , but now they found the govt are insisting they put half the sale of the house an expected 250 grand for half , into the home , that he now saying he's looking for a better home for her ,, he said if there gonna want that much money he wants better accomadation for her whoopi doo , ,,, the poor old lady is spending the days looking after her room mate and wants to go home , so much for can't look after herself .

End result was she said , when leaving , her hubbys real upset i fell out with him after all these years , and would like to hook up and discuss it ,,, my answer was , if he comes around here the only hook up he'll get is a left hook to the jaw i'll break it ,, i followed hat with , and i don't know why she (my missis ) talks to you either cos your a snidey cow has well .

Don't think she'll be back , wifes pissed at me , but she knows , when something upsets me consequences can go to hell

Exactly and that is wrong and not how things work, or not how they should work anyway.

If I gave a tramp on the street a tenner and he bought a Ming vase in a charity shop with it that turned out to be worth 50 grand, I wouldn't have any rights to it.

Sorry to hear that the Hameds have fallen out. Life's to short to fall out with anyone, especially family.

The don't grass thing is a thing for criminals to adhere to (or should be, most can't keep quiet for five minutes). Get nicked, keep your mouth shut. Simple. It isn't for ordinary decent citizens. If it were it would be a way for abusers in whatever shape or form they come to dominate the abused. I.e. if you are too weak to protect yourself from us, you better not go to those stronger than us for help or we will make your life even worse.

My view is that if you are a victim and not able to sort the problem out yourself, ask for help from somebody or an organisation that can help. Don't put up with living in a shithole area that is only a shithole area because there is a don't grass policy enforced by the very people making the area a shithole. Don't allow yourself to be abused and victimised whilst sticking to the code of the people who are abusing you. That's illogical self-harm.

p.s most people saying they hate grasses online would be on the phone dialling 999 immediately if something happened to then, they are just acting hard.

A relative of mine is a social worker. She helped rehome two siblings 14 and 12 who had been raped by their step-father on a regular basis for over five years. They were told not to grass by him and had been told that grasses got killed from a young age by the people in their area. Fortunately for them a teacher realised something wasn't quite right and did grass.

Obviously in your world the teacher is a grassing bitch and the right thing would be for the bloke to keep raping the kids, right?

There is a big difference between child rapists and people avoiding paying tax. We all live by our own morals and what we believe is right and wrong. If you feel good about about telling on someone who has come into a few quid then crack on, it’s not for me (even if the mush is a div)and I’d want no part of someone knowing they would do this.

There would be no need to grass him to the social , because
A--- He's done nothing wrong
B--- Here in Oz he would get found out because all the govt agencies are in bed with each other , and with the banks , anything over $5000 dollars going into a bank gets reported to the tax man any transactions get reported ,, and in any case , if they sell for half a mill which there expecting to get ,,, if they pay the nursing home the 200-250 there expecting to pay now thats highly unlikely to affect there pension , coulple of years they get it back by then they will probably be skint again

250,000 they get will be divided in half 125 000 each and only marginally affect the pension if at all , don't worry the slimy fooker has his bases covered ,, turns out i'm not the only one taking offence to what he's doing looks like his kids are not happy about it either ... Ones now saying she can go live with him and his wife ,, he's saying no its a home for her his son and his wife can't look after her ,,, moneys a curse with some people

Absolutely there's a difference. You have avoided my question, though, worryingly, do you think the children should have informed on their step-father or kept on being raped in order not to be labelled a grass?

The mum in law will be coming to live with us before too long, not a penny in it for me, she has 7 other sons and daughters and they would prefer to put her in a home and visit her every other Sunday.

I won't see her in a home, my wife neither, as I said no money in it for me, it's not ideal, but it's the right thing to do.

And furthermore grassing doesn't sit well with me, often folk get what's coming one way or the other, karma is real!

However I'm not going to lose any sleep about grassing up a wrongun and I tell you what, if you was robbed, who here wouldn't be straight on the blower to the old bill.

I remember when working the door, there was a fella with a rep, out with his son causing bother. I had heard him many a time giving it the big one about hating grasses etc.

Anyway we slung them both out, they put up a fight but things didn't go there way.

Both divs went straight to the old bill.

In Salford where grasssing is a big no no, it's acceptable and expected for NONCES to be grassed up.

Regards the grassing had what you said happen many times when working doors , and it always seems to be the local bully who cries when he gets a whack
Thank goodness I don't have to deal with that, must be hellish.

Mine is just a bit lonely, really likes and appreciates spending time with us, no bother for me, she likes watching TV!

When you live in a rough area and your surrounded by bums , and petty thieves , never grass is culture , but yet i'll tell you for a fact if it means getting off most of them never ever grass wankers , sing like birds once there in the cells ..

Facts are most drug dealers are grasses , the more they get away with it the more likely there grasses , cops are not stupid , guy worked for me his daughter was a dealer , he was actually proud of her in a perverse way , the cops knew who she was , i told him they will take her down when there ready , naaw she's too smart for them he said ,, , i said they just let her go and take note of who comes who goes and make dossiers , he would'nt have it ,, trns out they did'nt have too they just rang her up she gave names everything , cops ended up busting bikies , she's pissed off interstate , scared for her life ,, he's not the proud father anymore .

Couple of my own familly members turned on each other and grassed , when faced with 10-15 years , one ended up getting of scot free the other done 14 years , called queens evidence , it happens all the time , and its not your normal guy works selling encyclopedias that grasses ,, Its always so called villains ,,
, Fook em police are there for a reason , they get paid to protect the people who cannot protect themselves ,, villians should'nt cry when there victims call them , in fact not much of a villian are you if you cry about getting caught
