Texas birth index says Dec. 15 1938, 1940 census lists him as 1 year old at the time. His obituary says 1938 too:

As unlikely as it seems, it appears the plaque has the wrong year on it.

Very very strange indeed and most of the sources say Bob Foster was born in 1938.

Foster told the IBRO he was born in April, 1938. That statement he made and his family not correcting the 1937 date makes no sense.

I want to know who wrote about Bob Foster's birthday that he was born 4 years younger unless someone wants to make Foster fight younger back then.
