I wonder what they do with paddy next....

UFC would be insane not to do a liverpool card next summer. Paddy, Till, Molly from liverpool. then aispinall is from just down theroad manchester. Leon not to far away in birmingham. I know london is massive and always a huge market, but the vibe you could get at Ainfeild stadium with 60,000 in it. would be fornicating mental.

The O2 Arena was not a sell out last night. (20k)

Most of the upper tier was tarped off.

Still an amazing atmosphere.

When Paddy got the tap, the crowd erupted as of someone had scored a goal in a footy match.

They won’t get 60k in Anfield will they?

You sure? It’s being reported as a complete sell out. Highest gross ever at the O2 for combat sports too apparently..,.

The arena holds 20k..

There was some of the top tier definitely tarped off. Maybe not all of it.

Sell out yeh why not. If they only had 17k tickets on sale and they sold them all then yeh, it’s a sell out.

I’m not trying to shît on UFC, I think they should come UK more often.

It just during the Paddy fight, after it finished, they lights were shining a bit it looked like some of the top
Was missing.

Not empty seats tho.

But if they’re saying 17k then it makes sent. Maybe a very small section of the top was taped.

And of course gross is down to ticket prices.

Average ticket price being $242.

About £180..

Boxing probable has a less average.

It holds 20k but I think the max is actually less for boxing/ufc. Most of the big shows there that sell out seem to do like 18,000 so perhaps there are some areas that are taken up with other things like for entrances.

It’s like an all-seater ain’t it? Let’s say they lose seats to setting up an entrance or something, how many of them seats do they usually make up on the floor seats?

Do UFC have fancy entrances? I know with Boxing it’s become more common in the last few years.

I'm pretty sure they intend on doing a Paddy/Molly co-main showcase. Will have to be a FN since they likely won't put either in with a top 15 yet.

When choosing any of the best boxing gloves, the brand does play a significant role in terms of value and quality. As some of our chosen brands specialize in certain areas that will offer more protection than others. like starprocombat, title , everlast

Landwehr/Onama threw every bit of caution out of the window and was crazy from the beginning to the end.

Dominick Cruz is still technically impeccable but pauses, and injuries have taken the toll, Chito folded him easily when he got him.

Luke Rockhold going to the distance was epic... despite winning clearly, another blow to Costa's status in UFC. He is like the freshman feared big bully who becomes human after you answer with a desperate slap.

He FINALLY got the fight!
Well done to him.

I reckon there’ll be a rematch.

Usman was winning rounds dominantly until he got caught.

Fair play though.

That was one of the best knockouts in combat sport history.

-fighting against the p4p number 1 (according to the UFC)
- Down on the cards
-1 min to go.
-throw a decoy left hand that causes usman to slip to the outside.
-Follow up with a perfect headkick.
- Shin on jaw, proppper knockout the guy thats never been knocked.

Amazing win. I was agreeing with Din Thomas before it happened, thinking Leon was demoralised. He said after he felt fatigue very quickly in the cage. Seemed to happen to a few fighters last night.
