You know it happens in all walks off life , and i cannot for the life of me understand why people do buisness with these people , Not far from me is a mansion and i mean a mansion it was built by a guy reputable a drug dealer , rumors , don't know about fact ,, but definetly a con man , he owned a little shop and became very very rich overnight , when building his house his project manager approached me numerous times to do work and each time i said NO . when asked why i told him straight your boss has screwed a lot of contractors for money he's not getting me has well ,,, end result he needed some work done and could'nt get it done so i said i will do it.

BUT he buys materials up front , has them on site , i supply labor only ,, that labor was to be on a cash only basis , to be paid at the end of each day ,,, he reckons i was a bad buisnessman and thats not the way to do buisness ,, I said i'm gonna be the only one not caught out, getting screwed by your boss , so take it or leave it ,, he took it , they paid most days , every so often making an excuse , but when that happenned , it was easy i would tell him no payment no workers the next day and if i send them to another job , no return till that jobs finished and payment plus penalty recieved in full , , they soon learnt that i actually had them over a barrel , because after the first time i walked off they were never ever going to get another company to complete my work so they paid me regular ,, until the last day which i knew was never going to come , but heh i loaded the job anyway so i had covered my ass for that final payment .

Point i'm making is leapords don't change there spots , and his manager should of known this and been willing to play hardball , and demanded escrow payments a week or so before or threaten to not show , , whats the worst they don't use you again , so what doubt if Daniel will get asked again anyway ,,Bad Manager , , dealing with sharks and not protecting his charge , after all thats what managers are supposed to do cover there clients bases
