Supposedly, streaming companies are getting ridiculously aggressive for content, good content. Live sports is something that gets investors hard on Wall Street. They're massively overvalued. I've been following CFB, and analysts are saying the same here. Just seems like this market is unsustainable. Hard to imagine DAZN will be here for much longer, but somehow PBC is making it work, somehow.

Anyways, the amount GGG is making is far overvaluing his worth. I like GGG, but he's nowhere near worth that much at this stage of his career. He's never been a big draw. I can understand Canelo's purses, but GGG's makes me scratch my head.

True, GGG gave fists to Canelo and Canelo knows that. Also from 160 to 168 there is no better opponent than GGG to generate big numbers.

It's not a huge fight. The huge fight at 168 for Canelo is Benavidez or Charlo. Everyone knows GGG is old, but you can replace him with Eubank Jr., and it'd probably sell just as well or better. GGG has never been a major draw.

GGG/Canelo was a huge fight at 160, but this is a fight past it's sell by date. Again, they're overpaying GGG for this fight.

Thats true. Why not cash in this trilogy? G is coming after a good title win in Japan and Canelo after a big loss vs Bivol. Meanwhile fighters like Benavidez, Charlo, Munguia, Eubank Jr and Andrade were doing nothing notable to deserve a fight with Canelo.

Yup, not to mention that period of time back in 2012-2016 when champions like Sturm, Quillin, Martinez, Cotto and Canelo were avoiding like plague GGG.

Golovkin is deserving this payday.
