A UK channel that doesn't show anything at a decent time and when they get a decent fight or something interesting it goes on PPV.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 05:12DAZN is a joke of a channelRuthless-RKO wrote: ↑12 Aug 2022, 12:23I read it might be similar to the Canelo-GGG, which is £17.99 if i'm correct..maverick23 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2022, 12:07
Will have to pay extra on top of your DAZN sub. Not confirmed how much more.
Anyone already subbed, they should charge only £9 or something..
it's shocking.

Matchrooms new partners Stage front are taking the piss with this one. £3,500 with a signed glove and dinner thrown in.

It says sold out , or is that sold out but they're all on Stub Hub at an inflated price ?

Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
Why were tickets so cheap? Ed claims this could sell out 3 Wembleys… yet there were 40 quid ticks at the O2.. I would of thought a fight like this the cheap seats would be 100£+
It’s not like it helps fans. Just give resale leaches a bigger profit margin…
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
So bots bought up all the tickets and now they are being resold for double or triple the price.
Nice one for the fans

I haven't been that impressed with Eubank the last couple of years.
He has done the buisnes, granted.
Maybe I expect too much, but its been what, three years with RJJ and all I'm seeing is a lowered work rate from Eubank - the thing IMO - that was one of his best assets.

Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
Tickets seem more an ego thing than a money making thing now, which is madness.
If matchroom wanted they could have named tickets, 100 each starting price and really had a crack at legit selling out and maximising profits. Instead they use the “sold out in 47 min” to hype the show and try sell ppvs with it.
In my opinion if you ever sell out in an hour you just priced it wrong (and allowed bots). A well priced show should sell out in a couple of weeks.
I like the idea of having a section of cheap tickets that are undervalued that you can sell to some fans battling financially a bit, but all that’s undone if scalpers then move them to 250 quid.

And yet no major titles, but headlining shows and now on PPV.
It's like some sort of shell game.
I mean, kudos for earning millions and all, but WTF?

I saw today that his Twitter bio says 2x IBO World Champion. Made me laughKiwiRider wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 17:40I know right?brilo33 wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 17:12to be honest i dont rate eubank as a top 10 fighterKiwiRider wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 16:54

He did briefly hold it during the WBSS until Sir George showed him what a champion was, then they chucked a vacant belt into the DeGale fight, but he moved down straight after.joshj909 wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 17:47I saw today that his Twitter bio says 2x IBO World Champion. It has been an unusual career for Eubank Jr.
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
I like Benn... But I really wish that he didn't take this fight.... Eubank is just too big for him and I can see Connor getting stopped...
Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
Actually surprised they dont call him a two time wba interim champion, which is arguably more prestigiousKiwiRider wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 17:56He did briefly hold it during the WBSS until Sir George showed him what a champion was, then they chucked a vacant belt into the DeGale fight, but he moved down straight after.joshj909 wrote: ↑13 Aug 2022, 17:47I saw today that his Twitter bio says 2x IBO World Champion. Re: Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn | DAZN PPV - 8 October 2022
Eubank Senior gone missing since the fight announced. Maybe he doesn’t want to re-ignite the beef with Nigel to help sell the fight. With the loss of his other son, he may feel he doesn’t want to be involved with the fight promotion.
Regarding the fight itself, Conor is going to smash Jr’s face in.

Well part 2 of their tour is coming just after the fight, brilliant for the promoters.daz74 wrote: ↑14 Aug 2022, 07:12 Eubank Senior gone missing since the fight announced. I think Eubank will win early, he was strong at super middle, a good puncher too.
Benn has been hurt at welter and normally gets matched against non punchers.

All depends on the weight loss and how it effects ,, Think weve all seen lots and lots of guys , who just seem to lose power and strenght when they go below a certain weight ,, is Eubank going to come in completly and utterly drained , losing muscle he can't get back with hydration , or is he losing fat , ,, what % body fat does he normally have ,, You would of thought they would of used a scientific aproach and looked at his body fat now , when he usually enters the ring and determinned if he's going to cut into muscle and be depleted totaly ,, or are they just looking at the DOLLARS
