Bad news about the lads, we'll wait and see what happened. Nobody should be getting stabbed to death on a night out. People generally need to be a little bit quieter and careful with their words and actions . Fury himself, for example, was completely out of order with what he said about Usyk and Johsua post fight, he showed no class, and if he spoke like that to people on a night out he'd get in trouble and run the risk of getting stabbed by one of these youngsters because nobody in their right mind would fight him with their fists.

p.s. this is even more relevant when you are an 'influencer', people will get in trouble out and about because they spout out what some of these famous people put out online. It doesn't take much to spark trouble when drink and drugs are involved.

 Anyone who is influenced by a celebrity or athlete to go out and do something stupid has to be one gullible SOB. Never in my life was I ever compelled by a celebrity or athlete to go out and cause trouble or get in a fight.

I hate when people want to blame celebrities or athletes for their own bad behavior. If you're a bell end you are a bell end, simple as that.

If you are online you are being influenced. Your views, your purchasing choices and even your actions. Millions, maybe billions of arguments are started every day based on what somebody has read online.

Trust me I had straight A's in mass media courses  I understand how the public can be influenced via suggestion and advertising.

But that is a completely different can of worms than a celebrity or athlete saying something and then somebody going out picking a fight or committing a crime. Anyone who does that is just a simpleton.

As for Tyson Fury's comments after the fight I think anybody who really knows how Fury operates is that he was just trying to make the boxing fans cheer at the prospect that there is going to be an undisputed title fight when there was a bit of doubt out there whether it would happen or not.

It's no different. Let me just make myself clear, I have no clue what happened to Tyson's relative and why, it just made me think. I've heard several casuals say today that "Fury says they are both sh1t" or words to that effect. Something like that repeated in a drink fuelled environment can and will cause trouble. Influencers should pick their words carefully and just have manners and speak the truth. Fury could have said nothing or told the truth i.e. "they both boxed well, Usyk is a special talent and I'd like to fight him to see who is best". Sh1t talking leads to more sh1t talking.

His comments led Hearn to say something about Fury...IFL then put that out with their clickbait headlines....etc. It's not a good way to be.

All I can say is if somebody wants to pull out a knife or a gun or want to kick somebody's butt just because somebody said a boxer or celebrity was garbage, they clearly need their head examined.

And I'm sorry I grew up around people who drank a lot and it's no excuse, I've done quite a bit of drinking in my time and I always was in control of my faculties and I still knew the difference between what was right and wrong.

Most stabbings by young people are over trivialities that don't seem like trivialities to them at the time. Tit for tat nonsense to you and I can be life and death for them. I've done door work for years and see it all the time, week in week out somebody will get their skull cracked or on occasion will get knifed over an argument as daft as:-

Looks at phone "Ha. Fury says they are both shit"
"Fury talks shit, I though the fat cunt was retired anyway"
"Who are you calling a cunt?"
"You, you cunt"
Kicks off...
:brick:

Even you dealers stabbing each other are usually arguing over hundreds of pounds, not even thousands.

Oh I can see how it can happen I'm just saying you would have to be a simpleton in order for it to happen. As for the tragedy of Fury's cousin passing away it might have been due to arguments within the family (extended family since basically all gypsies and travelers are in some way shape or form related to each other) themselves. Unfortunately horrible fights and attempted murders do occur quite often among gypsies and travelers.

I remember maybe 10 years ago perhaps that Henry Wharton, the former champion, basically was stabbed and ran over with a car all over nonsensical grudges within the traveler community. Or that other traveler who was a champion Francis Barrett, he ended up getting stabbed by his fellow travelers because he refused to participate in a bare knuckle fight.

Henry wasn't stabbed. He's not immersed in the traveller community, either. He's mostly around non travellers.

We all took him at his word. Seems weird a man would tell everyone he is retired multiple times, and then he isn't retired :maybe:

He's still saying he's happy to stay retired and is just waiting for a big money offer.

It's funny how boxers and promoters are just relying on selling off fights to the Middle East, to get the big fights on because there is no other way to get guarantees..

Yeah - he did a video I think a couple of days ago complaining about the U.K. letting in so many illegal immigrants in as there’s homelessness in the U.K. and the immigrants will blow us up. Hasn’t been picked up really for being clearly racist.
