DAZN cards this week

Post by handsofstone »

They've got a few low key cards on this week with guys I've never heard of but still

Thursday they've got a female Strawweight unification between Yokasta Valle and Thi Thu Nhi Nguyen

Friday it's Josh Wagner vs Jorge Sanchez

Saturday its Sukhdeep Singh Bhatti vs Xhuljo Vrenozi

Might all be pants but we'll see

Valle pitches a shut out to become unified champ, Nguyen overmatched but entertaining enough fight, Valle an aggressive combination puncher with a lot of volume

I watched her last fight between Villalobos; Jesus both girls absolutely stunning.
Was turned on for about 3 days afterwards tbh.

Card starts at midnight mate so maybe slightly earlier than an American one, I'll just watch it in the morning

Wagner stops Perez in the 9th, he's poor though I had Perez in a handy lead going into the round, he was the busier man, quick hands as well tbf, Wagner didn't let his hands go at all, not impressed, he turned it on in the 8th finally and in the 9th he rocked Perez back with a left hook before a combination had him down, he got up on shaky legs before another combo forced him down a second time, scrappy knockdowns but Perez was hurt, a left hook had him falling into the ropes when the ref jumped in, prematurely imo, Perez hurt but not stoppage hurt just yet, Wagner is bang average

Singh beats Vrenozi by wide UD, had it a shut out myself as did one of the judges, the other two found a round to give to Vrenozi, boring one sided fight, Vrenozi offered nothing, just put the earmuffs on, Singh is stylish, low lead hand, moves well, sound defence, picks nice shots but more style than substance, doesn't carry power and most of his work was partially blocked, never really hurt Vrenozi, just toyed with him for 10 rounds
