Heavyweights: James "Quick" Tillis vs. Bert Cooper

Post by scorpio83 »

12 or 15 Rounds Heavyweight Bout

Tillis would be too quick for Smokin' Bert to handle by out-boxing him behind his jabs and combinations on the outside to take a decision. What do you guys think and who do you got?

Both weren't much consistent, before ultimately went to the journeyman status. Overall, Tillis was better with boxing abilities, but Cooper often could be dangerous. More likely Tillis would be in control, but the stoppage upset by Cooper wouldn't be surprising either.

Tillis at peak could beat Cooper at peak by UD or late round stoppage. Could go either way, and had that strong right hand and good boxing ability.
