I think The Ring championship is the only belt that really matters these days but sometimes I gotta wonder what's up with their ratings.

Ok, I've never seen him fighting but the man has a 9-2 record with no significant wins, why is he a top 10 junior welterweight? Is he just a really really good boxer with really bad luck against the only two decentish fighters he has come across or is it just so that there aren't enough real players in the division?
