Would have been unbelievably boring. Guaranteed to go the distance. Would lean towards Whitaker.

x2. Used to think Hector would beat Pernell, but his skills were a little bit worse than Whitaker.

X3 Sweet Pea would get the better of the Macho Man in the battle of the southpaws by decision.

They're about equal in handspeed, but Whitaker is the more accurate puncher who really picks his shots. Camacho has very good defense, but relies primarily on his feet to keep just out of punching range. Whitaker on the other hand has amazing toe to toe defense, and slips, blocks and rolls at point blank. I've seen this guy slip body punches he's such a contortionist. Whitaker's only real fault is that he occasionally lets his offensive output drop to extremely low levels.

Despite the big edge in experience, I think Whitaker pulls off a rather stunning performance (which it would be in 1987) decisively beating Hector by about 9 rds to 3 (Hector edges a few rds when Whitaker takes offensive breaks)
