Should just skip straight to Dubs V Hunter.jimmystone wrote: ↑25 Sep 2022, 13:28Bad news for both men if true. Hughie (as usual) will get grief here but he shouldn't. He has obviously got ongoing health problems. I hope he can get over them and reignite his stagnating career. Hunter should be allowed to move onwards and upwards.

Then again, I don't see Huggie vs Hunter as being entertaining either.
Huggie was in one entertaining fight against Gorman, well one round of it was, but that was years ago.

Sorry Mick, the Sam Sexton KO.mickey1975 wrote: ↑25 Sep 2022, 14:49Who?
That was entertaining when Hughie (my phone autocorrects to Huggie for some reason) let his hands go in that fight. Just wish he did that more.

Ah right, they’re usually on the money but they’d need a replacement given it’s the headliner so I get that they’ll look to do something with it before making an announcement.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑25 Sep 2022, 17:10Not officially.

Hunter’s confirmed this is off. Amazing it’s been a week since the rumours came out and nothing announced re: the show in Birmingham.
Hunter says they’re looking at the Dubois fight. Can’t see it happening.

Not a chance Dubois takes as low reward high risk an opponent as Hunter as his first defence.maverick23 wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 11:18 Hunter’s confirmed this is off. Amazing it’s been a week since the rumours came out and nothing announced re: the show in Birmingham.

So from what I can tell it looks like this show is cancelled. Leaves Sky with just the womens card in the U.K. in October after a September just with the disappointing Liverpool show (granted they missed out on Shields/Marshall).
Loads of promoters and networks involved. Few confirmed shows and even fewer confirmed quality fights.
