Frank talks about how Conor Benn should be fighting each of them and how he matches his fighters because he put Yarde in with Arthur a couple of times and Dubois in against Joyce. I think the reality is that he was expecting Yarde and Dubois to win fairly comfortably.

If he matches Ava against Essuman then he’d potentially lose one of his headliners/co-main fighters for a while (assuming the loser would need to rebuild) and it’s a pretty one sided fight.

I’d be amazed if that happens and I just can’t see it. It’s hard enough getting people to go to boxing shows in London at the moment - there will be 3 pretty empty arenas and all shows will suffer viewer wise.

i really like dd gets down to business real boxing man , young fighter no one in his age bracket are as good as him he is a top 10 fighter for me but there is no rush

I’d put Jared Anderson in the same bracket as him.

My issue with Dubois is that he’s been a pro for 5 years and his best win is probably Nathan Gorman. Whilst I love the fact he faced Joyce when he did I don’t think he had the requisite learning fights to properly prepare him for it and I think the fights he’s had since have purely been for rankings (which is a credit to Frank to be honest to WBA interim beating the guys he has) rather than them being in any way competitive.

Gorman was fine last time out but, once again, he wasn’t up against much of an opponent. His best win I think is still either Sokolowski or a 40 year old Kevin Johnson. Plus he was in awful shape against Dubois.

I’m not so sure. Hrg had a tough fight last time out and came through it. We haven’t seen the same from Dubois. I’d have it as a 50/50. Real good fight.

For what it’s worth I had the same criticisms of Hrg as I did with Dubois in that he hadn’t fought anyone of note up to Zhang.

Someone relevant will face and beat Miller at some point and he's never going to be worse and more desperate for cash as he is today so someone might aswell bite the bullet now but I would much rather him not get a lot of attention from the promo such as if it was a big name opponent or a title shot.

Yup. If there are 3 televised London arena shows on the same night then you need to make sure you’ve got a strong main event and give it plenty of notice.

I would be fine with Dubois v Char or Kabayel as a few have mentioned. On paper some of the names
I’ve seen rumoured for the card makes it seem like it’s going to be a very good show, so hopefully it’s gets confirmed this week.

As for the clash if it definitely happens, ticket wise all 3 will be hurt. In terms of viewers, I don’t Think Sky would careless tbh.

Whyte, Chisora, Zhang are obviosly premium opponents for DDD. (jarrell miller could be in that catagory too i guess)

ARSLANBEK MAKHMUDOV, hrgovic, Bakolie, Yoka or even wardly would be cool but cant see it this year...

But i expect lucus brown or Kabayal or Char. (fornicate kabayal has been a waste of space since beating chisora, but he is still the pick of the list.)
