In order of likelihood for a UK based fighter, I'd think Bakole, AJ, Whyte, Chisora, Joyce, Fury, Dubois.

I'd not be surprised if they'd brought him in to fill Joyce's dance card if everything falls through. Pay him to hang about in the meantime as a reserve.

My thoughts are that Hearn would prefer to sacrifice him to AJ or Whyte rather than set him up to lose to Joyce, who is Warren's man. Whereas Bakole is a winnable fight against another "up and comer".
