That's what i'm thinking..

Are they gonna bother testing it?

This'll be Eubank sorted in case he does lose..

So he's done a gear cycle. Taken Clomid as Post Cycle Therapy to help rebuild his natural Test levels.

Now they're going to say it's an old/invalid test because when he was re-tested it had cleared his system so he tested negative. It's absolutely shameless steroid usage.

They think we're all mugs.. :OhYes:

They just read out that on Talksport and Kalle said it was the first time he heard it. Even though it's been cleared by Wasserman.

Things are clearly moving fast.

Seems Chris knew he’d be roided up then, but knows he’s still gonna clean Benn’s clock anyway  what a toe curling embarrassment for the whole lot of them, Eubank aside, Eddie and co sweating bullets

Nail on the head. Let's home it gets taken more seriously. Embarrassing for him if it is proven by the B sample.

Wonder what DAZN will make of this.

Interestingly, the statement does not say the fight will go ahead.

It’s a wacky novelty fight, anything goes! including drugs!!
Are there many people on here who didn’t really think Benn was on the gear? ( like his dad oh sorry did I really say that ) It doesn’t change my view of the fight: it shouldn’t be happening but it’s like a car crash, you can’t look away..I’ll catch it at the pub though

Of course they won't the boxing media don't confront steroid usage. They just peddle the bullshit the promoters put out to explain it away.

Well observed. They will see what the media and public reaction to the news is before nailing their colours to the cross. The fight may still not happen. It shouldn't happen because anybody who knows anything about doping knows why clomid is used. It's blatant.

You are right but when tests are failed, for the good of the sport, the fight should not happen. It's hypocritical because we know what goes on but the illusion of clean sport needs to be maintained.

What makes me laugh is some idiot on TalkSport is now saying it's not a performance enhancing drug.

Anyone who googles Clomid and steroids will find out instantly exactly what it's used for. :brick:

The arrogance to try and blag their way through this is breathtaking.

Matt Christie at BN being the notable exception, he's been banging on about it since he took over.

Will Chris cut the last few pounds now? Might be a bogus weigh in and no fine been negotiated to keep the fight on. If Chris doesn't look drained on the scale we'll know what's what.

Renegotiate the hydration clause. Hope Eubank absolutely mullers him.

See my post above. I fully expect Eubanks will have done this. I don't even think he'll try and make weight now and the scale readings will be bogus.

Robert Smith should order the fight to not go ahead but he is likely to weak of a character to do that.

Chris should negotiate that he can weigh 160.
