Whyte, Chisora, Zhang are obviosly premium opponents for DDD. (jarrell miller could be in that catagory too i guess)

ARSLANBEK MAKHMUDOV, hrgovic, Bakolie, Yoka or even wardly would be cool but cant see it this year...

But i expect lucus brown or Kabayal or Char. (fornicate kabayal has been a waste of space since beating chisora, but he is still the pick of the list.)
I just want someone to fight him. Anyone. Worst managed career out there?

The opponent will someone easy, who (to the untrained eye) looks difficult.

Shane McGuigan did an interview with SecondsOut earlier. The interviewer said that Daniel had just told him that he was facing Lucas Browne in November. 😢

Another quick win for Daniel.

How can he be content with that? He seems too timid of a guy to put any big complaints into Frank but it is a shocking opponent. Browne was dropped and arguably lost to Sokolowski 3 years ago and he's now 43. Got stopped by Allen 3 years ago aswell. He lost by KO to a rugby player last year. His only win of note in the past 6 years is a flash KO of Junior Fa which isn't actually that significant of a win.

Shane’s just the trainer. He seemed to pass the buck on the matchmaking to Martin Bowers (manager) and Frank.

He was meant to fight Fabio Wardley 18 months or so ago and people were giving Eddie loads of shit for it and it didn’t end up happening. Wardley’s a relative novice too and was around area title level.

Now they’re putting him in with the WBA interim/regular and having it main event at the O2 seemingly.

They should forget about the O2 for it. Just put it on the Fury/Charr undercard.

Ah right.

Daniel seems like someone who goes with the flow and let’s the people around him make the decisions. Shame really.

Eh, I’m always bashing Warren when it’s warranted. If it’s Lucas Browne its garbage, but at least it’s standard BT. They will try to justify it by saying he’s just banged out Fa, who went the distance with Parker etc. If the undercard is good, I will say it’s good, regardless of the main event.

Is Lucas Browne still owed his WBA regular title shot?

He was stripped due to drugs wasn’t he.

Blamed it on Grozny.

Lost a few fights. Got KO’d and now he’s back!
