I’m not believing everything Eddie’s saying. I’m just surprised how confident they seem that they’ve got a plausible rationale for it. If not then he’ll come across even worse.
Re: the Whyte KO he was just wrong about it. It’s not something he would have tried to lie about because there may be evidence to prove otherwise.

It was one of the most memorable KOs we’ve seen. That’s why I don’t think he’d have the temerity to just lie about it. I’d imagine he didn’t see many/any replays of it as it probably cost them a fair bit, would be a hard watch and thought something else had happened.
Also I listened to an interview with Kalle from earlier today - he said it was Benn who pushed for VADA testing in the contract. Again, I’m not saying he’s innocent in any way but it does seem strange to request VADA for the fight when it’s not required and you plan to dope. Probably arrogance in that he thought he could get around the system.
I’m also not going full in on the idea that Benn’s getting cleared because of what Eddie says. It just makes me think they’re of the opinion they’ve got a case (which is probably bullshit).
