What, has Camp Eddie not fronted up to the media since the Viley Mail made the allegation of not one but two failed tests?

i thought someone linked a video somewhere earlier on thread?

He has done media - just with the guys he knows won’t give him a hard time. It’s probably a difficult position to be in because he probably won’t be able to go into the finer points on things legally.

Kalle, the co-promoter of the show, hasn’t done much media since. Or Benn clearly.

I dont really understand all this talk about B samples.

He needs an excuse for why this drug was in his system, not confirmation that it was.

Im going for mrs is on it and the 'tiny, trace amounts' come from *contact* with her...
It is done to provide a second test of the same material, in case the first sample was somehow contaminated by accident.

99.9% of the time, they test the same way.

Yup just read that on BBC. Asking for apologies from all those who criticised him !!!

To do this whilst its all up in the air shows some of his personality traits

Just what you would expect from a narcissistic spoiled brat.
Gave it away when he was jumping around celebrating while Chris Algieri still hadn't come around on the canvas. Total d*ck move.

'He's turned the boxing world upside down': Kell Brook hits out at 'DISGRACEFUL' Conor Benn after his fight with Chris Eubank Jr was cancelled following a failed drugs test - as he claims the fighter must 'explain how that's ended up in his system'

Brook told iFL TV: 'Disgraceful. He's turned the boxing world upside down. It brings a negative light on boxing.

'To see that happen with Conor Benn… He needs to explain how that's ended up in his system, bottom line. We're waiting for this statement.'

Brook added: 'It's a fight [that] does excite me, I won't lie. If it makes business sense then who knows? But I'm not saying to you now 'Eubank, be ready I'm coming for you' – I'm not saying that, I'm saying who knows?

'If I'm starting to train again and I get that excitement where I want to come back then them fights are there.

'I left the sport on top, I left the sport the main man in the boxing world. [One of the best] we've got in Britain, so I demand what I deserve.'

Senior is extremely wound up about this.

I will cut him some slack owing to him still probably grieving the loss of one of his sons, plus it seems as if he has never fully come to terms about what happened to Michael Watson.

This was always a circus of a fight, albeit with a bit of intruige, but if Benn does clear his name and they reschedule it, it needs to be at 160 with no gimmicks.

I know this sort of thing isn't new, but Benn isn't a big enough name to be pulling stunts like this.

If he thinks he can beat Eubank Jr, he should move up to 160 and fight him there and be done with it.

Knew there was a possibility of another getting hurt by a juiced up coward who would only take it because weight and dehydration clauses and juiced on top.. Then thd promoters wanted him there purely and simple has a marketing gimmic with Benn snr fook i.d be pissed if i was him

The first 30 seconds is the only part worth listening too. The rest is Gareth saying a lot without saying a lot. As usual.

He tried to be gangster at the end of the video blowing rings with his e-cigs. Ended up in a coughing fit. 😂

Yeah, fair play for saying what he did. We couldn't see Kugan's reaction but by hearing his response, he sounded a little rattled.
