Had it by 3 rounds to Meyer .
What rounds did Baumgart win clear ? Round 7 that's about it .

That is a disgusting decision.
Seems to go against everyone else’s view on here who had it a tight fight ??

Well that's my view. Baum spent most rounds eating jabs and had the occasional fluffy (usually hitting gloves) in response.

She was clearly outworked and outpointed overall.

like one of the commentators here on ESPN said, how do you score it? to the jab of Mayer or the power punches of Baum? we found out.

They are forgetting Alicia has dropped a nuke on Terri Harper and also beat Matthysse in the UK. She has far more winning experience in Britain.

I think folk are booing because they wanted to see the big mouth lose.

But Baumgardner responded well after a rough middle part of the fight, the cards in her favour seemed fair.

Mayer took control centre of the ring. No way she lost that.

I doubt she will. She fought a coin flip of a fight Vs Hamadouche and ended up winning by 8,9 and 10 points. So she's likely delusional in what she needs to do to win the fight.

I'm surprised how the judges scored it, but I don't disagree with them, this was a very close fight.
I wouldn't have an issue with Mayer having got it either, but Terry of course was too wide !

She won 1 and 2 clearly.
She hit harder throughout.
It was a sh1t fight - Mayer was scared of ABG's power and ABG was wary of getting picked off on the outside.
It's "the hurt business" and ABG hurt MM more.
What rounds did Mayer win clearly ?

Yeah I had it 96-94 Baum, think a few others had it the same and obviously you and a few others had it the same the other way.

I think we need to stop crying robbery when fights are literally decided on how you score 1 close round (probably fair to say that is how close this one was.)

I doubt the O2 crowd all turned up with a trusty scorecard pad.

Showcase is gonna end at 11pm

I hope they don’t cut out.

I remember they cut Taylor-Catterall, but luckily the fight had finished.
