All fighters should be made to dance for a minimum of 30 seconds on their ring walk.

I wonder if he's got his woman strength?
He doesn't need it with shades of Ali and all that.

And it should be scored and added to the card at the end of the fight !

At least Claressa isn’t singing her own anthem. I’d imagine she offered to do it.

It would give Deontay Wilder another excuse for being knackered.

a force wrote: 15 Oct 2022, 17:32 Scored it Mayer 97-93. I’m normally someone who gets angry at the Sky commentary (Macklin especially) but thought they were pretty fair.

I can’t see another round that you can give Baumgardner other than 1, 2 & 7. To give her 2 more & a share of a third seems ludicrous.

Unless we’re now scoring for taunting your opponent whilst eating jabs.
Baumgardner outlanded mayer on toatal punches... and was the one throwing meaningful shots. jabs are great, if there good jabs... mayers jab was mediocre and scored accordingly. 1 big right is worth more than 1 tapped jab.

So more punches landed and harder punches landed.... so mabey they wernt scoring taunts, mabey they were scoring fists hitting heads...

The USA anthem for Holyfield v Tyson II was one of the best I’ve heard.

Eff me what a tense moment that was.

Shields is quicker and is the better all round boxer. Marshall hits harder but for me Shields has never been hard to hit.

Trinidad v Mayorga was my favourite version of the Starspangle banner.
