Didn't appear to be a 'yes man', instead asking questions quite a few fight fans have been wanting to ask themselves. :maybe:

Some are saying TG was asking for a reaction.

Fair enough others don’t ask the questions.. but there is a way of asking questions.

Given what the questions were, there probably wasn't an easy way to go about asking them, and it would probably have always resulted in Fury getting wound up. He does seem to like things played out to the beat of his drum nowadays.

That was a very interesting interview.
TG was very respectful and ensured he was regularly blowing smoke up Fury's arse to try keep him onside.

But Fury seemed unhappy to be interviewed from the beginning - despite saying he didn't want to discuss Hearn/Joshua he rambled on about them.

I think Fury has similarities to the cyclist Geraint Thomas. Given small opportunities to say things they can come across as funny and witty .. however given too much time they just comes across as thick.

We know Fury is a desperate attention seeker; it appears he is seeing his adoration dissolve now though .. will we be seeing the meltdown next?

I had no issue with the questioning. Direct, fair and honest.

He was complimentary with Tyson. Simply saying he was too good for Chisora.

Tyson’s got too used to controlling the narrative with the YouTube boxing fraternity who don’t want to piss him off to lose access. This just proves why they don’t push people unfortunately.

Way, way more money in it to face Uysk, and the chance to hold all four belts.
Who wouldn't want a chance at that for legacy?
Uysk certainly does, it's all he wants.
"Fighting Tyson Fury in December is impossible," Usyk said. "First, I have old injuries. Second, I just don't want to box in December. I haven't left the gym for half a year, I want to be with my children, my family."

He did say February would be OK. And that was the fight he wanted.

Just watched the True Geordie interview with Fury. I think Fury seemed a bit tired. There was one Fury comment that I found interesting, given in response to a question about Uysk and Joe Joyce:

" Uysk and Joyce are not my era"

Hmm. That doesn't sound like he wants to fight them..

I anticipate Fury retiring after his easy victory over Chisora saying ' I beat Chisora easier than Uysk did, therefore the Gypsy King is better etc etc". Zzzz

He frequently refers to Usyk as 'that middleweight', dismissive and distancing language akin to Bill Clinton's 'that woman' denial of his Lewinsky, er, 'activity'. Well it's close, but no cigar...

Any thoughts on his " Uysk and Joyce are not in my era" comments?

V Klitschko

Fury's last 16 fights

I don’t think he’s scared of anyone. He fought Wilder after being severely obese a handful of months earlier and fought him in the Us and Klitschko in Germany.

I just think he doesn’t have the intelligence to be able to deal with someone seeing through his bullshit and trying to have a reasoned conversation re:Chisora hence him resorting to name calling.
