Julian Jackson is the best puncher ever. People were falling like dead bodies from a one punch time after time, when they faced Jackson.

Apart from him, the first tier gotta include George Foreman, Rocky Marciano, Mike Tyson, Deontay Wilder, Joe Frazier, Jack Dempsey, Lennox Lewis, Sonny Liston, Wladimir Klitschko, Earnie Shavers, David Tua, Tommy Morrison, Thomas Hearns, Alexis Arguello.

This is a pretty comprehensive list. For the sake of argument, maybe add Terry McGovern, Lew Jenkins and/or Max Baer?

I'm not sure who I'd take out, however, which speaks to the strength (no pun intended) of this compilation. Possibly Bowe, Graziano and Ramirez.

Good thread Alp, it's good to see that you're still here.

It's good to see Ketchel where he belongs. Duran is a good call also, I saw a SRL interview and he said Duran was the only person to hurt him to the body.

Good stuff. For pure power, I'd probably move Cuevas up. His left hook was concussive. Also, for pure power, I'd recommend two great Argentines, Jorge "Locomotora" Castro and Julio Cesar Vazquez, who were big-time hitters who could turn fights in one punch.

Monster Inoue certainly deserves a spot in the top 3 slots, IMO. Probably Pascual Perez, the great Argentine flyweight deserves a mention with his knockout record and the film I've seen of him. He could take you out.

I probably wouldn't include Salvador Sanchez. Besides the punch that wrecked Gomez in the first round of their fight, (caught him coming in) he was more of an accumulation guy. His punches were sharp but not super powerful, IMO

I second that. I think we are witnessing something very special with Inoue.

He timed Nelson too in the mid rounds and changed the complexion of the fight. That's two all-time greats he dropped with single shots. Not bad.

I'd have Wlad in for Bowe, I'd put Maher in (of course) and Valero. Also, think Ketchel too high and Langford too low. And Wilder definetly too low. All just my opinions, still excellent effort!
