I thought he would waer him down and he did, but if that leg/knee was injured its a real shame as he was leading that fight.

He was getting busted up though and looked knackered

Cracking fight.

Head shots did it, got clipped hard that round. Good fight and a good effort by Zelfa.

looked like he just got hurt by accumulation and worn out to me, legs looked like standard jelly legs when a guy doesnt have much left, he was clearly fading before that

Barrett looked in control but it wasn’t for too long.

Was too good to be true.

Didn't anyone else see it? Barrett took a lot of hits throughout the fight and lost his legs. I had it 78-73 for Rakhimov

Brave effort from Barrett, couldn't have asked anymore of himself, started sharply, flicking out the jab, countering Rakhimov superbly especially with the right hand, moving side to side, dropped him beautifully with the right uppercut in the 3rd , landed right on the button , Rakhimov had to show grit to drag himself into things but that he did, kept pressuring Barrett and tired him out, Barrett was still firing out the combinations in defiance but he looked tired, then the legs just went in the 9th, I thought it was an ear issue before he even went down the first time, he just collapsed to the canvas as his legs gave way and Rakhimov kept throwing , good accuracy to force Barrett down for the stoppage, Zelfa had nothing left but heart

Corner seemed to say it was just wobbly legs from being tired plus cracked in the head.

I thought it looked like a leg injury, because it only seemed to be his right leg that coudent hold weight...

but mabey his brain was just a bit scrambled and stuck turning him right on jelly legs..

SHAVKHATMONEY DEMOLITION, BAYBAY.

Both Yafais struggled for razor-edge wins, could it be a camp thing? Thanks to Ordonio for busting a fake local prospect.

Definetly seemed to start losing balance , , But you know this fight brought back what my old trainer used to say years ago ,, he would say , if you lay fighters on the table and cut them open were all the same , BUT some champions inside you will find something most others dont have ,,, watching this fight brought that back to mind 50 years later , the russian even getting beat looked in control with that bit extra , Barrett looked normal like the rest of us

That’s ridiculously wide! And I’ve just won £630 on Barrett getting stopped.

Could actually see that end of R8 he almost staggered to his corner. Pure tiredness. Took this on short notice remember. Boxed class but “didn’t have the gas” to quote the late, great Bundini.

Yeah. I'd like to see the compubox stats, I'm pretty sure Rakhimov had much bigger landing percentage
