Bivol has shown in his last 2 fights that he doesn't allow the moment to get to him & is patient with his attack

If he were to somehow move down to 168 for the Canelo rematch to win all 4 belts then move back up to get all 4 belts against Beterbiev would be a strong p4p #1

Boxing masterclass by Bivol. Just basic boxing, but perfectly executed with excelent stamina and toughness. IMO he definitely should be fighter of year :box: :box: :box:

Bivol beats his 2nd top 10 of 2022.. (canelo is clearly a top 10 175, even if he is a 168er).

The scary thing is, has anyone else beat 2 top 10 fighters in 2022? Realisticaly nearly every champ should be doing this nearly every year. I cant think of anyone else.

should pretty much be a lock for fighter of the year.

Pretty easy fight for Bivol. I saw all of Zurdo’s title fights at 168 and knew he didn’t have the power to bother Bivol, and he didn’t even really go to the body like he usually does until late in the fight. Great foot work and patience by Bivol, as usual. Not sure what legit fight he has besides Beterbiev. He does the same against anybody else. Benevidez might be able to give him a fight :maybe:
Definitely fighter of the year contender

Highlights were fun to watch. I knew it'd be a Good Scrap!
Bivol is Fast with the Flurries. He doesn't throw any wastefull sloppy punches.
Ramirez Looked around 15 lbs heavier than Bivol.
He's 6-2-1/2. Bivol is 6' ft tall.
Bivol looked about 185 in the ring. Ramirez looked about 200 lbs in the ring.
Bivol vs Beterbiev will be Great ! :box:

so canelo is a top 10 light heavy but isn't even a light heavyweight?

The one I could make an argument for is Roman González if he beats Estrada next month. Earlier in the year he gave a master class boxing lesson to Julio Cesar Martinez, a hot, dominant flyweight belt holder. I know a lot of people on boxrec don’t watch the lighter weights, but I would say Chocolatito would run pretty close to Bivol if he beats Estrada at 35 (and gets the decision for a change)

True but he would have to do better than winning by a narrow decision as Canelo won only 3 rounds vs Bivol, and Ramirez 2.

He still went the distance though. Therefore there is still room for improvement, if Choco- can score a KO. :yay:
Problem is though they're little guys.
