I'd broadly agree Spud but with some nuance. Firstly, his match-making at Heavy was relatively poor (though that could in part be down to the injuries). Secondly, you can make a case that his injuries were a direct result of his ascent to Heavy and the type of activities he was doing to operate at that level, so you can't separate the two, if you see what i mean?

I’ve seen Booths training methods blamed for injuries. For other fighters as well.

Yes, really. The whole performance was excellent. Did Haye win every second of every round? No., Did he beat Del in a way no one else has before or since? 100% yes,

I have seen Adam Booth to blame for David’s injuries.

Got to disagree with that.

David over the years had countless number strength and conditioning coaches who all had there differences. It is my view the lack of consistency was a massive contributing factor.

Spud, was Adam a good guy to worth with? He strikes me as being a bright spark and a thoughtful guy.

As parent, I'd want someone like Adam in my children's corner if they went into boxing.

I don’t think I’ve rewatched the full fight since it happened but I remember some on here making out like Chisora won several rounds in this. My memory is I had Haye shutting it out on the score before he had Chrisora on the floor. I think at one point Chisora loaded a huge right hand up, missed by miles and went cashing into the ropes while Haye slipped behind him. The commentators said sod all while it happened.
