Round-by-Round: Dmitry Bivol vs. Gilberto Ramirez | DAZN - 5 November 2022
Re: Round-by-Round: Dmitry Bivol vs. Gilberto Ramirez | DAZN - 5 November 2022
Bivol is like a machine. Just doing his job methodically and effectively. I'm starting to think, that he is unbeatable now at this weight.

I still laugh at the thought of whyte pulling out of the wallin fight and all the punters having to watch Cameron headline at the o2. You’d be devastated

he spent the first 6 rounds of the kov fight doing absolutely nothing, had a big burst, then shut down immediately againKiwiRider wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 03:00I think Yarde will be more game than Zurdo. He ain't outboxing Bivol, and I think he knows that his only chance is to go for it.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑05 Nov 2022, 21:17 yarde was pretty handily outboxed with kov's jab alone for all but 2 rounds of their fight, eventually ko'd by it, he would do nothing vs bivol
he spent the first arthur fight doing nothing
vs someone of bivol's level, i dont have tons of confidence he'll deliver the aggression once he's finding it hard to track him down and land. more likely he's get another reality check on the difference between world class and his usual victims

I was looking forward to the fight beforehand thought it would be a decent scrap but yet again it was pretty awful. Glad Cameron won thou. hope she got house deposit money, but in reality probably got enough to buy a new Corsa.high tower 1 wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 04:06I still laugh at the thought of whyte pulling out of the wallin fight and all the punters having to watch Cameron headline at the o2. It was a joy to watch.

What's even worse about this situation is that everyone knew Yarde's lack of competition would maybe hinder him going into the Kovalev fight which may or may no not be true but still no lessons learned going into the supposed Beterbiev fight, a decent KO in the Arthur rematch but inactivity and poor foes again in the lead upCounter-puncher wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 05:39margaret thatcher wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 04:28he spent the first 6 rounds of the kov fight doing absolutely nothing, had a big burst, then shut down immediately again

Yeah - I’d say Arthur is commonwealth/British title level and that’s his best win. Yarde may have the ability to win a world title but the lack of quality opposition to learn from and a corner team who think they know best about everything won’t help him achieve it.handsofstone wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 10:47What's even worse about this situation is that everyone knew Yarde's lack of competition would maybe hinder him going into the Kovalev fight which may or may no not be true but still no lessons learned going into the supposed Beterbiev fight, a decent KO in the Arthur rematch but inactivity and poor foes again in the lead upCounter-puncher wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 05:39margaret thatcher wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 04:28

Yeh there's a reason why fighters need to be built smartly and competitively , Tunde just devoted to Yarde picking up a title so he can justify his obnoxious attitude which has hampered Yarde's career, the fighters far from blameless, he had to make some bold decisions and looks like he hasn't Warren has admitted more than once that Tunde has turned down fights, grifters the pair of them really, shame as I like Yarde and can understand the loyalty to Tunde but he's more than justified to leave for the several better trainers out there, here and America but he hasn't looked out for number 1 unless he's equally as delusional as Tundemaverick23 wrote: ↑06 Nov 2022, 11:41Yeah - I’d say Arthur is commonwealth/British title level and that’s his best win. I also like Yarde but when he fought Arthur (who I was pretty indifferent too) for the first time I found myself wanting the decision to go to Arthur purely to spite Tunde for what he says out of the ring and for how his corner work was in the fight.

Yarde is probably set for life, he earnt very well from Kovalev. Whatever he does from here is a bonus.
Re: Round-by-Round: Dmitry Bivol vs. Gilberto Ramirez | DAZN - 5 November 2022
there was some really poor input from zurdos trainer in the corner trying to hype up his impact on the fight - falsely giving some impression of success - he needs the sack .
Imperious performance by Bivol almost Usykesque !
