Tucker was stronger in the ability, but Williams had the stronger jab. Tucker by close Ud.

Tucker had the more talent and skills than Williams he would out-jab the jabber with his speed and landing good combinations to take a decision. That is the "Truth".

It could be similar to Tucker vs Douglas. Williams could start well, but his chin was shaky.

I guess he had a decent punch for a guy with shaky chin, maybe not to knock out cold, but to score a technical stoppage.
