Yeah - I don’t have an issue with the fight. Solo’s a decent test for 95% of prospects but Clarke was one of the best amateurs in the world so should have far too much. Jalolov hammered him a few fights ago.gregregegg wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 16:08I think Soko is the toughest most consistant test that is remotly realistic for a 3-0 prospect in england. Clark is a monster, should win and win well, But there not going to put clarke in with someone that he should lose against...maverick23 wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 15:57Clarke should be far too good. Sol Dacres won every minute for me against Kamil last year (albeit the ref gave Kamil a couple of rounds) over 8 rounds. I’m more interested in whether Clarke will stop him.gregregegg wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 15:45
I love fraz vs soko. Soko is a good test. If you beat him your good. if you easily beat him your very good.
most prospects get there toughest test on the way up against Soko, he honestly should be in the hall of fame for his terrific gatekeeping. The best service to boxing of any active boxer at the moment i think.

Class round but the ref taking a point away

That was really good
Great fights are when it suddenly changes - Denny had completely outclassed Brad, but he's got a fight-changing punch.
Denny nicks it for me....

I’ve got Denny by 2 but I’ve got a feeling it’s close enough for it to go to the home fighter in Rea. They might even give it a draw perhaps.
I’m still annoyed the ref took a point for holding after Denny was hurt.
Really enjoyed it.

good fight cards could be close, comentators have been out of contorl. i think dennys done enough, but id say there were at least 5 close rounds, and the point.
Im kinda ok with the point, holding when your very hurt should be a point off. but im also kinda against the point off, because its inconsistant with what normaly happens.

Yeah - if it happened every fight then I wouldn’t have an issue. 95% of the time though the ref just separates them and allows it to continue. Seemed excessive.gregregegg wrote: ↑12 Nov 2022, 16:33 good fight cards could be close, comentators have been out of contorl. i think dennys done enough, but id say there were at least 5 close rounds, and the point.

Thank goodness!
It did seem from the commentary that Rey was the A side and that always worries me.

The real winner here is the English title. got us 2 evenly matched guys, in a 10 rounder, that means somthing.
boxrec 70 vs boxrec 75 is the type of shit i wanna see.

Well done tyler. I thought it was wider than a round decision but the right man won.
Re: Round-by-Round: Natasha Jonas vs. Marie-Eve Dicaire | Sky Sports - 12 November 2022
I wouldn't have minded a draw and/or a rematch.
I think both improve a lot from that.
Great stuff
(and agree English title is great - sport should be FOR something)

I was a bit nervy about the cards, and who was filling them out, ie: The Usual Suspects
Re: Round-by-Round: Natasha Jonas vs. Marie-Eve Dicaire | Sky Sports - 12 November 2022
I think he should be, "Big Fraze" Frazer "The Erazer" Clarke.
Two names is fine.

Nice from big fraze, pretty fast for a giant. solid work from soko so far.
Bit disapointed this is only 6 rounds.

Decent test for Clarke but the top guys deal with Sokolowski a lot handier
