Thanks for the info. Babic doesn’t even seem to appear on YouTube boxing channels even. He seems to have disappeared. He’s promoting something called Primal TV, not sure what that is….maverick23 wrote: ↑05 Nov 2022, 05:15He relinquished his position with the EBU.gregregegg wrote: ↑04 Nov 2022, 21:09Waiting for his bridger weight title shot. He is also mando for euro heavyweight title (which I think he should take instead). Then if he could win he could fight Dave Allen for the euro and finally get that match done.

We’ve got another 5 or so fights of milking him high fiving the opponent with a sweet and sour prawn ball after the fight.

I’m actually happy with Johnny staying busy with tough euros… but Ed’s said he is gunna main event a little card next so needs some name value…
Who do people wanna see Johnny fisher in with next?
Jay Harris, Lenroy thomas, adeley, or nick Campbell would be my picks.

I'd like Gorman, but that might be a tiny step too far.
Gorman can be stopped, but probably has a bit too much experience to let Fisher clock him clean..
Maybe in two or more fights time.

harris, thomas, and campbell are realistic options and i think make sense for fisher. adeley is unrealistic though given he's a fwank prospect being carefully matched in his own right, and tbh i think far too dangerous looking for what they'd be trying to match him withgregregegg wrote: ↑11 Mar 2023, 23:42 I’m actually happy with Johnny staying busy with tough euros… but Ed’s said he is gunna main event a little card next so needs some name value…

I think gorman boxes his ears off.
Yep adele was a bit hopefull, i think that would need at least the english on the line to make it happen... probably the brittish... But fwank has that new kid, and adele is still shit so mabey he will be less keen to protect him now.

There was a fair bit of talk of Lovejoy as the headline of a NextGen. I’d imagine they were hoping the casuals would have been taken in by the record but no longer an option after Lovejoy gave up so quickly on the Mayweather exhibition card.
Damiani was tough but I’d like someone next who’s actually trying to win.

Don’t know what’s worse - his boxing or his attempts at being funny.
Proper helmet.

David Allen Mark II
Gets a bit of a following from the cokehead and pisshead escapees from football and will lose badly when he steps in with a live opponent.

I don't find all of it funniest in the slightest but there are alot worse people than him about.

He has his supporters but you can clearly see he's not a world beater and will not go further than the dave Howes and Tom Dallas's. He's marginally more aggressive than most ATM but you can be against poor opposition.

True, Allen had a decent career to be fair. Better than Fisher will have.

Let's see how Fisher goes, only started at 20, virtually zero am experience.tigermoth87 wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 10:23mickey1975 wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 08:17Dave went a lot further with minimum effort. Real tough guy.tigermoth87 wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 06:51 David Allen Mark II

With his unprecedented ticket selling capacity he can be a full time pro and have Eddie's full attention.
He has plenty of scope to improve

Unprecedented ticket selling ?

I can’t stand the BOSH and Chinese food stick it’s cringe….. Johnny Fisher seems fairly likeable though….
I’m more worried about his dad. He’s one of the unhealthiest looking men I’ve seen for a bit. Huge gut. Red face. Needs to cut back on the Prawn balls or whatever… Bosh

He’s on a diet. Just has boiled rice with the rest of his fried Chinese food now and has low calorie beer.JamesPhilips wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 11:47 I can’t stand the BOSH and Chinese food stick it’s cringe….. Johnny Fisher seems fairly likeable though….

Somehow he’s appearing in student nightclubs a couple of nights a week. His party trick is throwing prawn crackers into the crowd. Not the lifestyle to lose a chunk of weight!

Clearly he's no good but sells tickets and his dad is huge in more ways than one by stuffing his face with Chinese and saying Baaashhhh 80 times a day so what's not to like lol.
Who knows, maybe by fight 25 we see him and Campbell Hatton Co headlining a show for vacant English titles in their respective weight classes or something.

Thing is, he - or his dad and he- put bums on seats, that supports shows and helps get real prospects gigs.
Much as it irks me, I have to be supportive of that.
