Why not us as fans focus on guys that are younger with star power of their own. If I remember right, they are both about the same age as when Leonard and Hearns squared off.

Based on the eye test, I'd favor Boots, but Ortiz is very good too.

This seems like a world title fight from the near future when Spence and Crawford are gone or too old to kick it anymore.

Saying that, it would indeed be a good matchup now, but the winner would need to be guaranteed a title shot.
