James Toney vs. Fulgencio Obelmejias

Post by scorpio83 »

12 or 15 Rounds Middleweight and Super Middleweight Bout

Toney would out-box and counter Obel's shots to either decision or putting "The Lights Out" on him in the late rounds at middleweight. Toney would do the same on Obel at super middleweight with the same strategy, but he would put "The Lights Out" on Obel in 9 rounds. What do you guys think and who do you got?

If Dave Tiberi can beat him, anything is possible.

Toney would turn Obelmejias into roadkill.

Keep in mind that most boxing fans would probably never have heard of Obelmejias, or seen him in the ratings, except that he enjoyed the patronage of the alphabets during the 1980s.
