Toney would outclass the sh1thouse in a one-sided fashion, he would earn at least MD or SD even in Germany.

James would need to launch Ottke into Row Z in Germany - probably five times over - just to get an SD.
But anywhere else and it is a huge beat-down.

Not really competitive, but as others have said, Ottke only "wins" in Germany. Elsewhere Toney either wins by wide decision or late KO
