I’ve changed the thread title. I did think I’d disguised the channel name well enough to get past the censors but clearly I hadn’t and I don’t want people to think our Hall of Fame promoter has pegged it!

To be honest. The channel is been redundant since Frankie moved to BT.

They put on the odd card. Literally odd card.

If BT Sport added some of the overseas fights that BN did, then fair enough, but they didn’t.

Just random re-runs.

I don’t see how anyone is still subbed to it unless of course through BT.

My dad still watches the channel every day, he has Alzheimer’s and watches in the belief he is watching live boxing. He loves it. Sometimes he even calls me to put it on.

Sad to see it go. What a great channel it once was.

Wasn’t it bought by Premier Sports a few years back but it continued to air on BT.

I presume Premier sport must have purchased it for the customer base rather than to re-grow it.

when it first come out i thought it was brilliant , great shows old fights etc and good value for money but then it got shit , actually thought the channel stopped years ago

It was a proper fans channel, so much better than anything before or since. Those long nights with bunce, lillis and Jones, the boxing hour and that mad Russian afternoon show are a few highlights that spring to mind.

Other channels try to do glitz and polish, but bocks nation was proper boxing talk by proper boxing people for real boxing fans. Really miss it. State of dazn in comparison

We sometimes laughed at it at the time but in hindsight it was a fantastic period for boxing. I take it the death if Bill Ives and his funding was what started the beginning of the end?
