If it was a 45 rounder, then Ketchel may decision or stop Duran late. If it was a 15 rounder, then Ketchel take a split decision after both men exchanged bombs, but Ketchel may scored more.

Can the great Stanley Ketchel box? I have not seen footage of him outboxing anybody.
Only movers above 154lbs would beat the great Roberto Duran.
In a toe to toe exchange, it's all Duran!
Duran by decision or late KO. I can't see a man with primitive skills beating one of the top 5 greatest of all-time in my view.

I suspect this would be a case where Ketchel is the bigger, stronger, harder hitting man in the fight, but Duran would likely have the edge in just about every other department.
Speed, Technique, Punch Variety. Duran would have the edge with all that.
Ketchel may well have the edge in Stamina, but who knows. Duran possibly could've fought 45 rounds as well if it were ever required of him.
I'd think Duran would either outbox Ketchel to a decision or get caught and knocked out by Ketchel somewhere along the way.
Either is quite possible. I think I'd lean toward Duran more often than not though.
