They’re not a commission are they?
His original failure was through being part of the WBC’s clean boxing program.

I do wonder whether the BBBC/UKAD would follow the WBC’s decision.

I reckon Fury wasn't a big name at the time with the casuals then disappeared people forgot about the tests, came back with the mental health stuff (who knows if it was a smoke screen to cover it up) rest is history.

Time heals all wounds and all that. James Toney sometimes gets a pass for his failed tests.

Yeh the fact that he wasn’t enrolled.

But that’s got nothing to do with the failed test.

Just tells us more off why he wasn’t enrolled.

Eubank summed up my feelings, really, in an interview. "unless someone pinned him down and shoved a syringe in his arse, its no excuse".... or something like that.

He's demanding VADA and WBC stop messing him around now. The guy is a spoilt child beyond belief.

If Benn was so bothered about clearing his name, he could perhaps have:

a) requested his B sample tested, on both occasions that he failed a drug test
b) publicly released his 270 page “explanation” into events

:maybe:

These tweets every now and again are just trying to keep himself relevant isn’t he.

He’ll be on a Dubai card early next year.

I guess that even without a British licence, with a local licence in dubai, he will be able to fight for one of the belts and if the money is right it won't be hard to find an opponent.
I bet he will pass the local testing too!
He is going to drop out of VADA and the WBC testing in protest of their slowness.

Benn is coming over terribly in all of this. Remember when he got removed from the WBC rankings for not signing up to vada testing

Blamed it on a clerical error. Now he's telling other people to hurry up and sort their shit out.

The guy has zero self awareness.

Or maybe he could have given a hair sample for independent testing to prove long term that he has been clean?
No wait, he cut all his hair off soon after the failed results, ah, just a coincidence, he is a "man of God" after all ;-)

Eubank Jr. to Benn: "You’re Going to Have to Be the Bad Guy Now; You’re Not the Golden Child"

You’re going to have to be the bad guy now,” Eubank said in a video posted on his Instagram. “You’re going to have to be what I was for 10 years. You’re gonna have to accept being booed into arenas. You’re gonna have to accept being trolled on a daily basis. You’re going to have to come to terms with that and embrace it.

“You’re still gonna make money. People are still gonna watch you fight. You’re just not gonna be the golden child that you were built up to be. And that’s OK. Not everybody can be the good guy. I learned that very early on in my career. So we’ll see. Will the fight happen at some point? It’s likely. A year, 10 years, from now, eventually we will fight. But the main thing is that you man up and you do the right thing. That’s all I can say.”

“It’s boring,” Eubank said of Benn’s insistence that he is innocent. “No one gives a sh!t. Sorry. An apology is all that you need to give to the fans. Not even to me. I’ll be OK. The people that bought tickets, the people that travelled, the people that paid money, that you let down. They deserve an apology. Not ‘oh, I’m gonna prove my innocence after failing two drugs tests.’

“The only way that you could prove your innocence is if there’s some video out there of you being pinned down by multiple males and getting jabbed in the ass with some type of syringe while you’re kicking and screaming and crying, saying, ‘Stop it!’ That is the only thing that could get you out of this situation, get you off the hook. Nothing else is gonna cut it. Sorry.”

What's it got to do with the WBC?

Benn was the WBA continental champion for a while.

Why not just continue.
