Manager was saying it didn’t feel like Xmas.

I went to Tesco to fuel up a few hours ago.

The car park was so busy.

Took me 40 mins after I entered to put fuel and get out of there.

i went before work this morning at 5 am wasn't busy with customers but so busy with workers stacking shelves and trolleys everywhere was quite stressful

Finished yesterday, got nothing to do for a couple of weeks, life is good, looking forward to having fun.

I do have in laws depending on us Xmas day which will be a proper pain, the wife gets emotionally blackmailed.

Nevertheless in true Spanish tradition, we are pretty much going to miss Xmas day and celebrate it on the 6th Jan, the twelfth night, which is actually the traditional celebration here with the 3 wise men bringing gifts rather than the recent Father Christmas stuff.

Still not shook off this bastard cold/manflu, over the worst and definitely on the mend but that's the worst I've had in years, not just me, friends, family and work colleagues have all been decimated with it, I'm sure a few drinks will dull the pain
