A nice bar brawl guaranteed. I'd pick the bigger, stronger and more credible on paper Wepner.

Both would bleed in this match, but either Wepner used his long range jabs and combinations to take a decision or vice versa for Stander except wearing him down on the inside with body shots and short heavy punches.

I met Chuck Wepner in the early ‘90s because he lived in the same apartment building as my aunt and uncle in Bayonne, New Jersey. That’s where I was born, but I live in Florida now. I recall that he had a very strong handshake when I shook his hand.

This would've been a great, and evenly matched scrap. I feel like Wepner ultimately had more tools to his game, and would probably pull out the decision.

If they slugged it out relentlessly I could see Stander winning that, but I think Wepner would wisely outbox Stander when he could to give himself enough of an edge to come out the winner.

This is a hard one to pick as much as I like Chuck I can see Ron winning it. Definitely a 50/50 fight for sure. As long as the both of them didn't get cut early on it definitely goes the whole 10 Rounds. If this was put on Friday Night Fights it would probably be the best matchup you could ever get on a televised card.
