Toney has the tools to out-box Mercer, but Mercer would cut Toney off the ring and banging his face with jabs and body punches. Mercer would even rocked Toney with right hands and left hooks as Mercer would take a decision after they fought in a war.

I gotta go with Mercer. He had a stiff jab, was the bigger and more powerful guy, and would keep at least an even pace with Toney which means I think his greater strength would give him the edge.

It'd be competitive. Toney would have his moments, and win his rounds, but Mercer would win more.
