I think Roy would weather the storm for the first three rounds and pick Tommy off for a 8-4

I think Tommy would've been too big, too strong, too aggressive for Roy and I'd pick Tommy by KO within 6.

It could go either way as Jones used his speed to out-box Morrison behind his jabs and combinations to take a decision or the Duke would pull the tactical punches like he did against the comeback Foreman, but he would put Jones away with a big left hook in the later rounds.

Gotta agree with this. Jones wouldn't handle such good HW puncher.

It's not just the power. It's the fact that Tommy wasn't exactly slow with his hands, he was a big, powerful guy, and I don't think Roy would've really had enough pop as a Heavyweight to keep Morrison from just coming at him full force. Especially after he'd had a few rounds to see what he's got.
