Yeah the elbow definitely caused that lump, it appeared right after he got up the first time, I know questions being asked about his chin but that would’ve knocked a lot of people bandy legged I think
He may have been caught by an elbow - i`ve re-watched it a few times and its just not clear to say 100%. But it was definitely punches that switched his legs off.

Seems an odd lump to be caused by a punch and it appeared seconds after the elbow went it, whether it would’ve mattered I don’t know
