hopefully he goes for it more than he did vs kov. aside from his big 7th and 8th he basically just covered up and walked into jabs 9 of the 11 rounds. he needs to get respect earlier

what you think?

yarde is an ox but has disappointed for me when he's stepped up and looks accustomed to being in with guys he can just bully. bert not only has the power but the experience and sharper shots. he's obviously getting up there though
I think nobody gives him a chance, but fighters very rarely retire without having lost .
He's a punchers chance .

$10m dollars - he's taking it for.
He's only a slight favourite. Tommy IS a Fury, he's fought more rounds against real boxers and is presumably training hard for this.
Jake has only been doing this for what 4 years @ most ?
It's very well matched.
Behave, if JP opponents boxed TF opponents which team do you think would win?

Fury has fought real boxers who weren't trying to win. Have you seen him fight? He's terrible. The fact that he is a Fury might increase his box office, but not his boxing ability.,

Agree, and the odds early on were even worth a tiny flutter. He definitely has the power, and that's about it

I must say, decent punditry tonight, Denzil and Josh have been good to listen to. Makes a change from some of the stilted stuff on other channels.

I wish Yarde looked a little more fired up. It’s all appearing a little bit “what will be will be”.

Thing is...

Yarde is obviously "a natural". Very special specimen athletically - we all wish that he'd been in top amateur camps from the age of 8 and winning golds and silvers at every big am tournament for years..., What a fighter he'd be !

But Bert IS that guy.
He's maybe not as fast and explosive, but he's so hard and DENSE. He's a very special athlete himself and he's a so much more complete fighter.
Yarde's hope is Bert being 38 or a puncher's chance.

Hope he wins tho !! :box: :bag: :yay:

It's alright, Tunde's in the corner. As long as he shouts 'lions in the camp' and 'empty the tank' a few times, that should be enough.

There’s levels to this game.

I suspect very strongly that’s the only factor here

In all likelihood, there won't be a need for scorecards...
BUT, if you're gonna be keeping score, feel free to create a detailed scorecard using our unique system.

ya, we talk about yarde's power, but berty is 18-0 (18) and has the schooling too. he was down vs cal but recovered fast and stopped him next round or the one after

it's a huge ask, but bert's age and yarde's pop can at least give him a hope

Especially considering if he does lose, it’s unlikely to be anything other than conclusive.

good tip.....my only thing then is that you can still see the video length usually, which can give away the fight length to some degree
