Terrell Williams vs Thomas Dulorme

This was Williams's first professional loss after 18 wins, and he didn't fight any more. Does anybody know why?

I read that he struggled to deal with the aftermath of the Prichard Colon fight, seem he has dropped out of sight entirely...

That's sad. Emile Griffith and Boom Boom Mancini were never the same after unintentionally killing their opponents (Colon didn't die) but at least they continued fighting.
