All this announcement means is the WBC have cleared him. They are a sanctioning body NOT a governing body. The same sanctioning body that said the winner of Paul Vs Fury will get a WBC world ranking. It just makes the situation more of a farce in my opinion.

being able to box in the uk is the biggest thing he needs to get back, a wbc ranking only means so much when you aren't going near their champ

One of the UK’s last remaining boxing journalists just sounds like an empty vessel, no real insight, commentary or depth of understanding;

Were you OK with Fury after he failed tests and blamed a boar?
I can’t stand Fury mate. Anyone who fails should be given a lifetime ban.

If he is going it natural now after having those strength/power/recovery gains of being on ‘cycles,’ he’s only probably got one big fight in him before people work out he’s a much diminished fighter. I’d say his career is effectively over now.

He could use every ped in the darklab and Spence still beats him with ease.

Do we reckon be will have to be clean now? That version gets a drubbing from anyone near the Top 10. Or will staying in the Middle East mean he can get egged off his tits?

Only two questions need asking:-

1. Why did you go down the route of ‘clearing your name’ with the WBC and not the Board of Control (who you were licensed with).

2. Why did you conceal the result of two tests (that you hadn’t appealed before)

It’s hard to get that early fight against (was it) a French journeyman? Had to get off the canvas a few times and looked about Central Area level.

I’d say 1) they could bribe them and 2) Eddie H is naturally very dodgy.

Paynard. Who dropped him and on my card- beat him.
Connor did take the rematch later on, I credited him for that at the time. But given this new cheating information and his changed physique between the bouts, f*ck him! :stop:

He was up and down like a yoyo from the canvas in that fight then suddenly he's become this destroyer ? I don't think 60 eggs could do that much for you

Surely there is a 3rd question, which is:

3. Clomiphene isn't in the UK food chain so how did it show up through consumption of eggs in the UK?

It’s sad in a way that more journalists aren’t running with that rather than just more or less printing the press release. Gareth Davies didn’t even raise it as a thought in his head. What the hell do the WBC know about the British food chain?
