I'm reminded of John L Sullivan when he was presented with the National Police Gazette Championship belt after defeating Jake Kilrain: "I wouldn't put that thing around the neck of a goddamn dog."

John Fury with his tongue firmly up the Saudi ass. The power of money folks it's no joke

Irish drug dealers to Salafist fundamentalists
Re: Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury | BT PPV - 26 February 2023
A lot of bollex on display but the winner take all deal was pretty funny.
John Fury accepting the offer when Tommy clearly wasn’t going to, was a nice gotcha moment for Jake.

Absolutely. Tommy didn't fancy that wager at all. Imagine if he loses now for no money. That'll be weighing heavy on him.

This is going to do really well isn't it.
Can't remember a fight being so widely talked about. My 10 and 14 year old kids know exactly whats happening as do all my mates and their wives.
Sleaford Mods talking about it on Twitter. Jesus.

As much as I'd like to see Jake Paul brought down a peg or 2 , the thought of Big John's little face as Tommys lying limp on the canvas makes me wet down there

Hey look we made a women's belt!! Equality!
Hey look we made a belt sucking up to the House of Saud the Islamic Terrorists to give to the Disney Star or the fella off Love Island
and there were those that thought then WBC or any business was "going woke" eh. They go where the money is
There is a euphemism for lying in capitalist America, it's called "making a business decision"

We should all be united in a clamour to see Paul get his comeuppance, but I too am rooting for the guy. I wonder if their Saudi hosts take the boxers and their entourages to watch a few beheadings and crucifixions? I wonder what the punishment for eye gouging is over there?

Re: Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury | BT PPV - 26 February 2023
I'm surprised the consensus on here isn't this fight is a wash for Tommy, people are judging what they read over what they see, like Paul had name recognition, Silva did not care. Fury when he fought the 11-0 guy, now that guy was still a bit of a van, but he does have good feet and a good jab, counters nicely over the jab, throws in combinations which paul can't.
I'm not saying he looks more then European level, but like Paul looks awful, as someone who stared boxing at 19 and was watching people who had years on me, there is a way they inherently moved that was more fluid and better and just ingrained, I feel this looking at these 2, Paul is stiff as a board in the ring, he flinches, will bite on every faint, this is a wash
Pile on

If it’s not fixed Fury should flatten him in a round. I’ve just watched 5 mins of Paul on YouTube and he looks terrible, I genuinely think I’d beat him.

To a fighting man of traveller stock then their word and honour is worth more than any written contract on God's green earth.
Only applies if Tommy wins of course, if he loses then it was just a bit of pre-fight bants obvs

What price a draw so the money machine rolls on for a rematch .

I’ll change my vote from Paul on points to Fury T/KO. Just on the basis that Paul looked very ordinary in a lot of his fights, and was lucky to land knockdown punches here and there. I think Fury could just expose him. Let’s hope! Not sure if Paul looks a bit puffy and out of shape. Maybe he lost a bit of enthusiasm for training this time around, or all the PEDs are catching up with him? Mauricio Sulaimán Is going to give the winner a ranking - a top 40 spot in the world rankings for that organisation - and he said it like it was a completely normal thing to happen. Jesus wept! Lol
