white chick wins a split decision, 58-56, 59-55, and a laughable 58-56 for villabos, i had it 5-1 though could see 4-2

flores vs gonzales...............neither guy able to get their distance down yet, lotta punches falling short or just glancing

3rd round is the most lively of the fight, each guy finally lands some notable shots. many of the south americans with these hugely padded ko records end up being sh!t when they step up in the usa, but tbf gonzalez looks pretty handy so far

round 4..........flores lands a good shot that knocks out gonzo's mouthpiece, but otherwise gonzo was playing around with him, including buckling him

round 5.............again mostly gonzo, but then in the last 45 seconds flores scores a flash kd with a hook to flip the round

replay shows it was a bad call........flores cuffed him around the back of the head and gonzo also tripped on his foot

flores seems spurred on by the bogus knockdown, and has a strong first minute to start the 6th, going at gonzo hard and overwhelming him with high workrate and some physicality. but then the pace slows for the rest of the round and mostly goes back to the old routine of gonzo sticking and moving and edging the action

they get a bit heated with each other near the end of the 7th

considering gonzo was handily winning the round where the knockdown took place, he still has an argument that it was the kd that did him in, as you turn the 10-8 flores into 10-9 gonzo and then you have 76-76 on the two flores cards

ramirez winning handily, but padilla is crafty and been able to effectively get himself out of hot spots

pesky..........is how i'd describe padilla. can see him getting more fights as a test .........not fast and cant punch, but has some defensive moves and so far showing a solid beard
