There's an outside chance that Peter could club Moorer outta there with a perfectly timed overhand right or left hook, but I think more often than not Moorer is gonna outbox the sh*t out of him.

Moorer could possibly stop him late, but Peter at his best had a pretty sturdy chin so I'd go for Moorer to win a lopsided UD.
