Anthony Fowler retires from boxing

Post by Controversial »

He’s not fought for a year now, last I saw he had packed a load of weight on and I can’t see any talk of a fight, has he jacked it in?

Update: Fowler announced his retirement on 6th June 2023

someone posted that he was making bank off his oil company. he clearly already found his level as a pro and it's not one where he looks to be in for particularly big honours or money. maybe his fire for the game isnt there, easier to ffall out of the game when you've got other good options

but i dunno, could just be injury too,. someone here should know more

He’s still doing very well in the CBD game. Still getting in to rows on twitter. Denzel Bentley and Sunny Edwards last night. He more or less threatened Sunny. Sunny was far from scared, I think he gets threatened most days.

Surely he can’t be earning enough commission from CBD oil alone to support a wife and child?

Ah ok, I’ve seen a few famous people advertising discounts for it so assumed he was just an agent. In that case he’s probably raking it in!!

I got a Twitter message from The Smith Brothers because I follow them on there advertising their own CBD. Trying to poach Fowlers customers. They might have won in the ring but are a long, long way behind in that game.

Fair play to him then, why risk your health when you can earn more an easier way. I wouldn’t fight on if I were him.

I can't remember what the outcome was. I'd like to think it was a positive outcome!

It was found.

There was the thread.

Looking back at the comments, it was a great thread.

The pram was discussed, the oil company was discussed which grossed £500k in 2020. We even discussed him weighing over 200 pounds and being lean.

Isn’t that just getting people more used to stronger doses so they end up more hooked or likely to buy the more expensive stuff in the future

The Smith Bros are offering a 90% discount whilst they shut for six weeks to restock.... I think they're done.

That's all well and good, but has he ever won a Gold Run on Blockbusters?

He wasn't really going anywhere boxing wise so probably a smart decision he steps away and does his own thing.

Does this CBD help stiffness? Fowler should just take it all himself instead of selling it if so.

About a year ago his Range Rover broke down and he described the symptoms on twitter. Someone replied to pour a high strength bottle of his CBD oil in the tank and it will run like clockwork…. Got thousands of likes.
